Deep Tissue Massage

Over the years, I have found that deep tissue is the type of massage that I perform most.  Everybody is different as we know…so each treatment is specific to what the individual needs at that time.  Generally I use a mix of myofascial-release with trigger-point therapy and stretching.  I would recommend 90 minutes to 2 hours for this treatment.
