Reflexology

I primarily focus on the feet when I do reflexology.  Both hands and feet have “reflex” areas that correspond to specific organs and other parts of the body.  Most of my clients find this treatment very relaxing.  Reflexology should not be painful.  If there is tenderness and soreness, then it should decrease with pressure.  I usually spend 45 min to 60 min on this massage.
